Our history

Macmillan Bloedell Meyer (from which MBM gets its name today) began in 1966. Although Macmillan Bloedell doesn't exist today in their original state, our connection with the West Coast of BC remains as strong as ever.

Western Red Cedar (via MBM Speciality Softwoods Ltd) being the preferred softwood species for Cladding and Siding by many architects and West Coast CLS (Canadian Lumber Standard) being the preferred area of supply for many Timber Frame manufacturers.
