L P SolidStart 225i offers our customers an alternative to solid 8x2 and 9x2 timber for floor joist applications. 225i flooring systems benefit from faster, easier installation and will produce solid floors, requiring less post-installation work. 225i has BBA accreditation and is PEFC/SFI chain of custody.

L P SolidStart LSL benefits from superior stability and uniformity for use in both timber frame and traditional brick and block construction. Our LSL is PEFC certified and has TRADA Q-Mark accreditation.
35x225 LSL Beam
MBM Stock a 35x225 LSL beam to compliment our ijoist offering. The product benefits from superb dimensional stability and straightness. L P SolidStart 29mm LSL Rimboard
MBM stock 29mm LSL for use as rimboard in timber frame construction and floor cassette assembly. LSL rimboard offers high vertical and lateral load capacity and benefits from excellent nail holding capabilities for fixing. 29mm LSL rimboard gives our customers significant volume savings (10-24%) over competing products which typically range from 32mm to 38mm.
