MBM began operating in 1966 as a bulk importer and nation-wide distributor of Canadian Forest Products. Today MBM has expanded into world timber markets and imports timber and panel products from Canada, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, South America and the Far East as well as incorporating products manufacturered within the UK.

Primarily operating from  public warehousing and terminal facilities at the Port of Tilbury in Essex, MBM offers a wide range of Softwood and Panel Products for customers’ own collection or fast and efficient delivery to any destination in the UK.  Our location within the Port of Tilbury has given us the opportunity to create an industry leading composite load service whereby mixed loads of panel and softwood products can be delivered to customers on a single vehicle.

Our Softwood Division handles Structural timber  for joists,studs and rafters  and  our Speciality or 'Clears' division handles ‘non-structural timber used in appearance joinery applications.
